By accessing the TENO hardware, mobile scanning interface, or owner dashboard, you agree to comply with UAE Federal Laws regarding electronic transactions, telecommunications, and digital privacy.
TENO is an asynchronous private notification platform, not a government emergency dispatch agency. In life-threatening emergencies or critical vehicle collisions, users must contact official UAE emergency authorities directly (Police 999, Ambulance 998, Civil Defence 997).
Transmission of abusive, fraudulent, or harassing messages is strictly prohibited. TENO enforces server-side rate limits and maintains an immutable audit trail to identify and blacklist malicious actors.
